Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce systems analyst to join a team supporting a strategic CRM system for the banking sector. You will analyze and design Salesforce-based solutions that support corporate banking processes, blending analytical skills with platform knowledge.

Remote work is available with collaboration with technical teams and business representatives. Key responsibilities include modeling processes, designing architectures, and documenting technical and functional

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in systems analysis or Salesforce consulting.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and standard CRM functionalities.
Experience designing business-technical solutions and validating standard vs. custom options.
Experience with synchronous and asynchronous integrations, REST API, and message queues.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate to Salesforce-based system solutions.
Apply a standard-first approach and justify if custom solutions are needed.
Prepare analytical, functional, and technical documentation with design justifications.
Model business processes and design solution architecture.
Design and analyze Salesforce integrations with external systems.
Collaborate with architects, developers, Product Owners and business stakeholders.
Participate in workshops and define functional requirements; create diagrams and data models.
