Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce systems analyst to join a team supporting a strategic CRM system for the banking sector. You will analyze and design Salesforce-based solutions that support corporate banking processes, blending analytical skills with platform knowledge.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in systems analysis or Salesforce consulting.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and standard CRM functionalities.
Experience designing business-technical solutions and validating standard vs. custom options.
Experience with synchronous and asynchronous integrations, REST API, and message queues.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce systems analyst to join the team working on a strategic CRM system for the banking sector. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing solutions that support corporate banking processes, combining analytical skills with knowledge of the Salesforce platform. Your tasks

Analyzing business requirements and translating them into system solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
Designing solutions according to a 'standard first' approach and recommending custom solutions in case of platform limitations
Preparing analytical, functional, and technical documentation along with justifications for design decisions
Modeling business processes and designing solution architecture
Designing and analyzing integrations between Salesforce and external systems
Collaborating with architects, developers, Product Owners, and business representatives
Participating in analytical workshops and defining functional requirementsCreating process diagrams, architecture, data models, and integration flows

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a systems analyst or Salesforce consultant
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and standard CRM functionalities
Previous work in system analysis and designing business-technical solutions
Ability to assess and justify the choice between standard and custom solutions
Experience working with synchronous and asynchronous integrations
Knowledge of REST API
Experience working with message queues (RabbitMQ or similar solutions)
Advanced proficiency in Polish and English

Nice to have

Practical knowledge of UML, BPMN, sequence diagrams, and use case diagrams
Experience in modeling system architecture and data models
