Job summary

Optro, a leading AI-powered GRC platform, is hiring a Client Support Specialist (Working PT Hours) in Poland to join the front lines, guiding clients through technical challenges and ensuring an exceptional experience. You will resolve issues via email, chat, and video, become a product expert, and collaborate with engineering to drive improvements, using AI tools and internal knowledge bases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years in SaaS/tech Tier 1 customer support.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1+).
Ability to work USA hours from Poland (9 AM – 6 PM PT).
Residence in Poland (Warsaw or Krakow).

Responsibilities

Resolve client issues via email, live chat, and video sessions.
Become a product expert to provide clear guidance on features and functionality.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to elevate issues and drive improvements.
Utilize AI tools and internal knowledge bases to draft responses and summarize tickets.
Identify trends in client feedback and suggest product/process improvements.
