This fully remote role focuses on revenue operations, reporting, donor-advised fund administration, Gift Aid data, tax receipts, and charity onboarding.

You will own the operational engine behind campaign reporting and ensure accurate, timely grants across a global network.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years in revenue operations, finance operations, payments operations or similar data-heavy role.
• Strong spreadsheet skills, including lookups, pivots and reconciling large datasets.
• Experience reconciling transactions against payment processor or bank records.
• Experience producing recurring reports for external stakeholders to a deadline.
• Excellent written English and ability to communicate with external partners.
• Ability to work reliably during UK core hours, with extra availability during peak campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Campaign reporting: define requirements, monitor data during a campaign, produce reports for partners and charities on close.
• Reconciliation: ensure donations, payments and partner records match and resolve discrepancies.
• DAF operations: prepare figures for grants, track grants to payment, inform charities on receipts.
• Gift Aid and tax receipts: prepare Gift Aid data and manage donor tax receipts for campaigns.
• Charity onboarding: handle admin to onboard new charities, gather documents and checks.
• Process improvement: maintain trackers/logs and improve processes after each campaign.
• Payment disputes: manage disputes, gather evidence and track outcomes.
