Job summary

ZnanyLekarz is seeking a Patient Care Regional Manager to lead Customer/Patient Care teams across European markets. You will own team performance, quality reviews, and day-to-day operations, aligning with Country Managers to ensure consistent service while developing talent and operational discipline.

You will translate global standards into local execution, using dashboards to identify trends and drive concrete actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer support, patient experience, or service operations with ≥2 years of people management.
• Experience leading teams across multiple European countries.
• Strong people instincts and ability to develop teams.
• Data-driven with dashboards and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Patient Care teams across European markets and report to Country Managers and Global Head.
• Manage performance reviews, hiring decisions, and team sizing.
• Own regional KPIs like SLA, CSAT and quality scores; drive actions from data.
• Collaborate with Country Managers and Product/PATS for tooling and process improvements.
• Represent regional interface for global policy changes and rollouts.
