Docplanner is seeking a Patient Care Regional Manager to lead Patient Care teams across European markets. You will own team performance, quality reviews, and day-to-day operations, collaborating with Country Managers and the Global Patient Care Head to ensure consistent service and outcomes.

You will bridge global standards with local execution, reading data, providing feedback, and developing your team while driving improvements across regions.

Formación

• 5+ years in customer support, patient experience, or service operations with at least 2 years managing people.
• Experience leading teams across multiple European countries.
• Data-driven: comfortable with dashboards and operational reporting.
• Experience running quality review or moderation programs (calibration, rubric design).
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance reviews and development conversations for direct reports across markets.
• Lead hiring decisions and internal mobility within Patient Care region.
• Track regional KPIs and translate data into concrete actions.
• Manage escalation protocols for complex patient cases.
• Partner with Country Managers to align on priorities and service commitments.
• Collaborate with Product/PATS on tooling, workflow automation and process improvements.
