Job summary

Viseven is seeking a Product Owner/PM to translate product strategy into actionable backlogs, prioritize work, and drive sprint outcomes. You will collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to refine features and ensure feasible delivery.

Candidates bring 2+ years in product roles, experience in Pharma/Life Sciences IT contexts, and strong Jira/Confluence skills, with English proficiency and a proven track record of launching value-driven products.

Qualifications

2+ years in Product Owner/Product Manager or Delivery Manager roles.
Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences IT contexts (content, MLR, CRM, Veeva, AEM, SFDC).
Successful track record of defining and launching products meeting business objectives.
Experience with AI/ML-driven products, including model lifecycle and biases.

Responsibilities

Translate product-line strategy into actionable team backlogs and validate sprint outcomes.
Own and continuously prioritize the team backlog to focus on highest-value work.
Define sprint goals and participate in sprint planning with the team.
Coordinate with stakeholders and adapt to scope changes during sprints.
Collaborate with Product Management to refine product features based on insights.
Assist with cross-team epics and ensure alignment on shared functionality.
