We seek a Product Owner/Manager to translate strategy into backlogs, prioritize work, and guide sprints with cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders and QA to ensure high-quality releases.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, Delivery Manager or similar roles.
Experience with Pharma/Life Sciences domain is a plus.
Experience with AI/ML-driven products and model lifecycle considered a plus.
Fluent English required (upper-intermediate or higher).

Responsibilities

Translate product-line strategy into actionable team backlogs and validate sprint outcomes.
Own and prioritise the team backlog to maximize value.
Define sprint goals and coordinate with the team for realistic commitments.
Plan releases in collaboration with EM and PO/DM.
Collaborate with QA to categorize issues by business impact.
