Job summary

Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice is seeking a Warranty Engineer to manage warranty systems, analyze returns and provide data-driven feedback to internal teams. You will be the direct interface between the customer and Valeo, coordinating reviews and cost validation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires at least 3 years of manufacturing experience, an engineering degree in electronics or automatics, and strong knowledge of mechatronics,

Qualifications

• Direct Interface between Customer and Valeo.
• Management of customers warranty systems.
• Scheduling and participating in warranty reviews.
• Perform analysis of Warranty return.
• Providing analysis results including on-line data entry and feedback to internal Warranty organization.
• Manage and follow problem solving issue related to dedicated Customer.
• Follow and validate Customer Warranty cost.
• Follow the Customer and Valeo KPI.
