Job summary

Valeo's Czechowice-Dziedzice plant is seeking an R&D Warranty Engineer to bridge the gap between customers and Valeo, ensuring timely warranty handling and data-driven quality improvements.

You will manage warranty reviews, analyze returns, and feed insights to the warranty organization, KPI tracking and cost validation. The role offers remote work possibilities, ongoing training, and a collaborative, international environment within a leading global automotive supplier.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electronics/automatics.
• Min. 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in quality department is an advantage.
• Experience with customer portals is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of CAN/LIN protocols and mechatronics.

Responsibilities

• Direct interface between Customer and Valeo.
• Management of customers warranty systems.
• Scheduling and participating in warranty reviews.
• Perform analysis of Warranty return.
• Provide analysis results including online data entry.
• Follow and validate Customer Warranty cost.
• Track Customer and Valeo KPI.
