Job summary

Valeo’s Czechowice-Dziedzice site seeks a System Engineer for Serial Production to be the technical owner for products in mass production, managing system defects and ensuring seamless synchronization between plant lines and platform engineering across software, hardware, cybersecurity, and testing.

You will drive root-cause analysis (8D, QRQC, 5-Why), manage ECOs/CRs, and analyze diagnostic data and bus communications to isolate issues and enable continuous improvement in quality and safety on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automotive Engineering.
• Proficient in root-cause investigation techniques (8D, QRQC).
• Experience with embedded automotive systems and platform integration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the core technical owner for products in mass production.
• Manage system defects, end-of-line test failures, and field issues.
• Bridge production/manufacturing teams with SW/HW, cybersecurity, and system testing experts.
• Drive root-cause analysis and structured problem solving (8D, QRQC, 5-Why).
• Coordinate ECOs/CRs, software updates, and hardware revisions on the shop floor.
