Hire-Fox is seeking a Software Engineer (Python/Java) to act as a first responder for customer escalations and collaborate with support, engineering, and sales teams. The role emphasizes building tools, debugging complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction across the product landscape.

The candidate will work with Python/Bash scripting, microservices concepts including Istio, and strive for robust solutions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates with strong problem-solving skills and experience debugging in distributed systems.
• Knowledge of SaaS applications and customer advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Debug and isolate complex system and environmental issues.
• Develop tools to facilitate debugging, reproduction, and validation of issues.
• Experience across multiple feature areas and understanding of product landscape.
• Design and implement features and generate reports to support sales.
• Provide best practice guidelines to users and internal teams.
