Job summary

Astek Polska sp. z o.o. seeks a Project Manager for a life science client in Warsaw. You will own delivery end-to-end, manage multiple dependencies, and influence senior stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

You will lead complex projects, drive agile delivery, mentor teammates, and continuously improve delivery processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing complex projects, programs, or strategic initiatives.
• End-to-end ownership of delivery in multi-dependency environments.

• Hands-on Agile delivery experience.
