Precision for Medicine is seeking a Project Manager, Central Laboratory Services to lead CRO laboratory projects remotely from Poland, Serbia, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, or the UK. This client-facing role drives detailed planning, cross-functional execution, and successful delivery across assay development, testing, biorepository, and kitting for global client studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
• Experience as Project Manager for Central Laboratories in CRO, Pharma or Biotech.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRO laboratory projects from conception to close-out with detailed planning.
• Manage timelines, budgets and revenue goals; forecast resources and costs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver on scope.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and document processes.
• Report project status to clients and vendors.
