Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Project Support Specialist to join the project team and contribute to efficient management of studies. The role involves maintaining timelines, coordinating meetings, and supporting CTMS and training records.

This position can be fully home based in Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Hungary or Romania. You will work under a project leadership framework, ensuring accurate documentation, study communications, and timely updates to sponsors and sites.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (professional level) and capable of clear written/verbal communication.
• 4-year degree or equivalent in business, science, or healthcare field.
• Experience supporting clinical trials or similar projects.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project timelines in MS Project or equivalent and share updates with the study team.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and file records in the Trial Master File.
• Support CTMS activities: milestones, enrollments, and helpdesk tickets.
• Assist with training records and study-specific training.
• Support study documentation, site communications, and report production.
