Job summary

LifeSciences Regulatory Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a fully remote role based in Poland. You will lead cross-functional drug and medical device development programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while aligning with client objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in pharmaceutical or life sciences project management, strong regulatory knowledge (FDA-like frameworks), risk management, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in project management within regulated life sciences environments.
• Knowledge of drug/medical device development processes, regulatory submissions, quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource requirements, dashboards, and success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional drug and medical device development projects from discovery through commercialization.
• Coordinate collaboration among scientific, clinical, regulatory, quality, operational, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as primary client and internal stakeholder contact; provide regular updates and executive reporting.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Support regulatory submissions and meetings, and commercialization readiness.
• Prepare and present project reports and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor expenditures and resource utilization; identify budget variances and actions.
• Identify opportunities for additional services within client programs.
• Build long-term client and partner relationships; contribute to strategic planning.
