CK Specialty Insurance Associates Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead and grow the Production team while maintaining a small personal book. You’ll develop producers and drive new business in a hands-on leadership role.

This role requires building relationships, solving problems, and owning outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with leadership on strategy and growth, recruiting and developing talent as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Commercial insurance experience with strong E&S/wholesale knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Production team.
• Maintain a small personal book and stay actively involved in production.
• Build and grow retail agency relationships and new business.
• Help producers grow their books and improve results.
• Set expectations, drive accountability, and address issues early.
• Work directly with leadership on production strategy and growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve how we work and help put those ideas into action.
• Recruit and develop production talent as we grow.
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team and get the job done.
