Qualifications

• Hold an active P&C license and have personal lines experience.
• Ask questions before jumping to solutions.
• Be self-directed, persistent without being pushy, and motivated by income potential.
• Take pride in representing a brand clients genuinely trust.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative discovery calls with inbound and referred prospects.
• Quote across multiple carriers to find the best fit.
• Present recommendations clearly — no jargon, no pressure.
• Follow up persistently until the client is protected or has decided.
• Bundle home and auto where it serves the client.
• Represent Kent Family Insurance Group with professionalism in every interaction.
