C&A Insurance Group is seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our remote team and help individuals, families, and businesses find the right coverage while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Remote experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend personalized coverage.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
• Review policies and identify additional coverage opportunities.
• Cross-sell and bundle insurance products.
• Assist customers with policy questions, renewals, and account servicing.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Contribute to agency growth through outstanding customer service.
