Relativity Poland is seeking a curious AI Software Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you'll build features across our product, with a focus on integrating AI capabilities, including LLM-powered functionality, into scalable, API-first systems.

You will contribute code, participate in design discussions, work with modern data platforms such as MongoDB, and help bring AI-driven features to life while continuing to grow your technical skills in a collaborative, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/SE or related field.
• Experience with AI tools and LLM-based development is a plus.
• Strong foundation in data structures, version control, testing, and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and ship features in an Agile/Scrum team.
• Develop API-first, service-oriented applications and follow standards.
• Build AI-powered features by integrating LLMs and AI APIs.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve coding efficiency and quality.
• Write clean, well-documented code in Java, Python, JS, or TS; work with MongoDB.
