Assured Insurance Technologies Inc. is seeking a Principal 3D Artist to lead high-end 3D visuals and motion design. You will work with brand and tech teams to translate concepts into technically sophisticated renders using Cinema 4D and Redshift.

You will own the end-to-end pipeline, from modeling and shading to asset handoffs for video, web, and interactive experiences, while pushing a premium, distinct visual language.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years creating world-class 3D visuals in top-tier studios or in-house teams.
• Expert in Cinema 4D and Redshift with strong lighting, shading and look-dev skills.
• Experience with procedural workflows, physics simulations, and asset pipelines.
• Familiarity with interactive web 3D tools (Three.js, Spline) is valued.

Aufgaben

• Design and produce elite 3D visuals and motion for brand assets across web, video, and digital surfaces.
• Develop complex, dynamic scenes with physics simulations and advanced deformers.
• Create custom look-development using node-based shaders and Redshift materials.
• Lead production pipelines, from assets to renders, ensuring post‑production handoffs.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to integrate interactive 3D for web.
