Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Creative & Design Specialist to support a customer project involving graphic design, UI/UX, and multimedia production. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs, provide high-quality human feedback for AI training, and annotate content with actionable insights.

Required 2+ years in creative fields, paid experience in AI human-data work, and strong English communication. This is a remote, worldwide role with flexible scheduling and independent work expectations.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related fields.
Verified paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling/annotation or rubric-based grading.
Strong written and verbal English communication (B2 level or above).

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to workflows and tool usage.
Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and user experience.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
