Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a remote, worldwide customer project spanning graphic design, UI/UX, motion graphics, and multimedia. You will review AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback to train models, ensuring accuracy and usability across visuals.

The role requires at least 2 years of design experience and proficiency with Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related tools, plus strong English skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional design experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, or UI/UX.
• Paid experience in AI human-data work (data labeling, annotation, evaluation) is required.
• Proficiency with Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related tools.
• Strong written and verbal English skills (B2 or above).

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using a suite of tools listed in scope.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs.
• Annotate, rate, and provide constructive feedback on AI content.
• Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, motion, and overall UX.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
