Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI training by evaluating and improving AI-generated outputs across graphic design, UI/UX, video, and motion graphics. This contractor role requires paying attention to detail and experience annotating data for AI models.

You will review outputs from tools like Figma, After Effects, Canva, and DaVinci Resolve, provide constructive feedback, and help optimize creative workflows while delivering high-quality results remotely.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related fields.
• Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
• Paid experience in AI human-data work including labeling, annotation, RLHF, or rubric grading.
• Strong written and verbal English communication (B2 level or above).

Responsibilities

• Complete structured tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, AE, DaVinci, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review outputs against design standards and project criteria.
• Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI content.
• Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tools.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, and UX.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work on time.

Role Overview

micro1 is engaging Creative & Design Specialists to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows.

You'll use your professional design expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated creative outputs and contribute high-quality human feedback for AI training. Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required. Experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement.

Scope of Work

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or related creative fields.
• Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
• Strong understanding of professional creative workflows and quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• No formal degree required; practical creative experience is valued.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and readiness to begin promptly.
