Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI training by evaluating and improving AI-generated outputs across graphic design, UI/UX, video, and motion graphics. This contractor role requires paying attention to detail and experience annotating data for AI models.

You will review outputs from tools like Figma, After Effects, Canva, and DaVinci Resolve, provide constructive feedback, and help optimize creative workflows while delivering high-quality results remotely.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related fields.
Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
Paid experience in AI human-data work including labeling, annotation, RLHF, or rubric grading.
Strong written and verbal English communication (B2 level or above).

Responsibilities

Complete structured tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, AE, DaVinci, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review outputs against design standards and project criteria.
Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI content.
Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tools.
Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, and UX.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work on time.
