Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI training by evaluating and annotating AI-generated creative outputs across graphic design, video, and UI/UX tasks. You will review designs for quality, provide feedback, and help refine workflows while maintaining high professional standards in a remote, worldwide setting.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Figma, After Effects, Canva, and other creative tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related creative fields.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• Experience with professional creative workflows and standard design quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
