Billennium is seeking a Portfolio Manager to own governance and lifecycle of the company portfolio, coordinating between Delivery, Partnerships and Architecture to shape reusable offering items with supporting materials.

The role requires 5+ years in portfolio or product management, strong governance skills, and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce. Fluency in Polish and strong English are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in portfolio/product management, presales, GTM or IT services consulting.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio strategy, governance, and lifecycle.
• Define and evolve portfolio offerings and go-to-market positioning.
• Align Sales, Delivery, Architecture, and Partnerships around priorities.
• Create and maintain portfolio assets, pricing, and sales enablement materials.
• Support strategic client opportunities and portfolio adoption.
• Analyze portfolio performance and drive investment or retirement decisions.
• Provide insights to senior leadership and the Management Board.
