No prior AI/ML experience is required — we will train you on the workflow. A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) and strong attention to detail are essential. Preference for candidates based in Poland or Eastern Europe; remote applicants from elsewhere are welcome.

Qualifications

• Polish fluency at native or near-native level and strong business English writing.
• Bachelor's degree or pursuing one.
• Strong written reasoning and attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive/dual-use information.

Responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in Polish.
• Apply guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasing and document reasoning behind judgments.
