INGENIOUS.BUILD is seeking a Developer Team Lead for one of our web product teams. This small, senior group will have you writing code, making architectural decisions, and guiding the team’s AI adoption while also owning people management, planning, and prioritization.

You’ll report to the Engineering Director and work with a Product Manager and a dedicated Product Designer. The role blends hands-on development with leadership, staying close to the codebase, setting technical direction for

Qualifications

• People management experience with 1:1s, performance reviews, and team processes.
• Strong backend engineering in PHP 8.1+ with Laravel or Symfony.
• Technical leadership and architecture experience on complex projects.
• Hands-on AI adoption in daily engineering work and team enablement.
• Product mindset focused on business impact and shaping solutions.
• Solid testing with PHPUnit and a comprehensive testing strategy.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align one senior web product team, driving architecture and delivery.
• Write code, make architectural decisions, and guide AI adoption within the team.
• Own planning, prioritization, and collaboration with Product and Design.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
