Adaptive Teams is seeking an organized, tech-savvy operator to act as the backbone of the business and the founder's right hand. You’ll build scalable systems, align the team, and drive accountability across departments from your remote location.

You’ll turn vision into execution, manage day-to-day operations, and own critical workflows to help scale a fast-growing online real estate education business. English proficiency and autonomy are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in operations, project management, or business management.
• Exceptional organizational and execution skills.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Highly proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing focus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
• Experience managing remote teams and workflows.
• Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Experience in online education, coaching, or real estate is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with CRMs, project management platforms, and automations is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build, document, and optimize scalable operational systems.
• Turn ideas and strategy into actionable execution plans.
• Keep projects, deadlines, and team priorities organized and on track.
• Manage workflow coordination across the remote team.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact within the business.

• Track KPIs, operational metrics, and business performance.

• Support scaling initiatives across sales, operations, and client delivery.

• Help the founder stay focused on growth by owning day-to-day operations.
