Job summary

Precision for Medicine in Poland is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate II / Senior CRA to join our full-service team. The position is fully home based in Poland, with travel up to 50–60% and close collaboration with CTMs and study teams to ensure patient safety, data integrity and study delivery.

You are expected to take ownership of sites, build credible investigator relationships, identify risks early and propose solutions, while maintaining high quality across multiple

Qualifications

3+ years of independent monitoring experience within CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
Independent monitoring experience in oncology clinical trials.
Willingness to travel domestically up to 50–60%, with occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

Monitor investigative sites and own site performance, quality, and risk from initiation to close-out.
Collaborate with CTMs and study teams to anticipate issues and drive timely resolutions.
Ensure studies are conducted, recorded and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
Interact with clients and support site payment activities as needed.
Mentor less experienced CRAs and contribute to study-level discussions and process improvements.
