Job summary

Precision for Medicine in Poland is recruiting a Clinical Research Associate II / Senior CRA to join our full-service team. This position is fully home based with a manageable study portfolio and modest travel.

You will independently monitor investigative sites from initiation through close-out, partner with CTMs and study teams, and interact with clients to ensure studies are conducted per protocol and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of independent monitoring experience in CRO/pharma.
• Independent monitoring experience in oncology trials.
• Fluency in Polish and English; willingness to travel domestically

Responsibilities

• Monitor investigative sites from initiation through close-out.
• Partner with CTMs and study teams to resolve issues and ensure protocol adherence.
• Interact with clients and support site payment activities.
• Mentor less experienced CRAs and contribute to process improvements.
