Job summary

Parexel is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our Multi-Sponsor Clinical Trials Team in Poland. As CRA, you will build and maintain site relationships, oversee trial delivery from start-up to close-out, and be the single point of contact for sites.

Qualifications

• Site management experience in clinical research.
• Ability to perform all clinical monitoring activities independently.
• Experience with oncology trials preferred.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in biological sciences, pharmacy or health-related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication in a matrixed team.
• Self-driven with urgency and minimal supervision.
• Client-focused and flexible for new assignments and learning.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines while understanding study protocol.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualification visits (QV), site initiation visits (SIV), monitoring visits (MV) and termination visits (TV) and generate reports.
• Build site relationships and promote rapport while ensuring study integrity.
• Safeguard patient rights and well-being per protocol.
• Develop recruitment strategies with sites to meet enrollment timelines and ensure SOP/compliance.
• Evaluate data quality, site efficacy, and drug accountability.
• Monitor regulatory documentation and perform site file verification.
