Job summary

Precision for Medicine is recruiting a Clinical Research Associate II / Senior CRA to join our fully home-based team in Poland. You will independently monitor investigative sites, ensure patient safety, data integrity and study delivery, and collaborate with CTMs and study teams to drive timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of independent monitoring in CRO/pharma, oncology experience, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of independent monitoring experience within CRO/pharma.
• Experience monitoring oncology clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Independently monitor investigative sites, owning site performance, quality and risk identification from initiation to close-out.
• Collaborate with CTMs and study teams to anticipate issues, drive timely resolution, and ensure studies are conducted and reported per protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Interact with clients and support site payment activities as needed.
