Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of proven B2B business development or strategic partnerships experience.
• Strong understanding of New Zealand hospitality landscape and visa considerations.
• Proven negotiation and influencing skills with C-suite or HR executives.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure exclusive placement partnerships with 4-5 star hotels, luxury lodges, and premium restaurants in New Zealand.
• Manage a robust B2B pipeline with outreach, presentations, and site visits.
• Educate host employers on visa requirements and compliance for international student placements.
• Coordinate with global offices to align recruitment efforts and events.
• Track performance metrics and provide ROI reports to leadership.
