Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a .NET Developer in Poland to contribute to development, maintenance, and support of software applications in a remote-first setup. You will use C# and .NET technologies to build web applications, APIs, and backend services while diagnosing issues and resolving incidents.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deployments, improve performance, and enhance CI/CD practices, ensuring reliable software delivery in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core and .NET Core.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Production support and incident resolution experience.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Build web APIs and backend services meeting performance requirements.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and diagnose root causes.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to improve deployments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• Maintain code documentation and participate in post-incident reviews.
