Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Modern Work Consultant to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and adoption activities for Microsoft 365 and Copilot. You will translate product capabilities into practical use cases, working with business and IT teams to drive measurable adoption across the organization.

The role emphasizes creating engaging content, enabling users, and supporting multi-stakeholder adoption across a global remote environment.

Qualifications

Experience delivering training, workshops, or enablement activities for Microsoft technologies.
Background in user training or adoption programs for Microsoft tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive).
Understanding of Microsoft 365 productivity scenarios and best practices.
Ability to translate technical concepts into practical, user-friendly guidance.
Experience collaborating with IT, HR, change management, and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support creation and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and learning materials for Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
Develop enablement plans, adoption roadmaps, and learning frameworks tailored to business needs.
Translate features into easy-to-understand, role-based scenarios and documentation.
Conduct user sessions, demos, and onboarding activities with senior team members.
Collaborate with IT, HR, change management and business stakeholders for adoption and engagement.
Contribute to guides and digital materials that promote long-term usage.
