Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. in Poland seeks a senior Microsoft 365 and digital workplace consultant to design and deliver enterprise-scale solutions.

You will translate business strategies into scalable architectures using SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI capabilities. The role requires 6+ years of consulting experience, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery across governance, testing, and training, with a focus on Responsible AI and standard

Job description

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and optimize modern digital workplace solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Agent 365.
• Lead end-to-end digital workplace transformation initiatives for enterprise clients, aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
• Translate business strategies into scalable, AI-first solution architectures that leverage generative AI, large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Microsoft AI capabilities.
• Define solution architecture, governance, and technical standards while leading architecture reviews and ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams.
• Drive the successful delivery of projects through all phases, including requirements gathering, solution design, governance, risk management, vendor coordination, testing, deployment, user adoption, and training.
• Lead technical implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including deployment, Copilot Control System configuration, security, governance, and testing.
• Ensure solutions comply with Responsible AI principles and AI governance frameworks, including ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and OWASP LLM Top 10.
• Collaborate with client executives, IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to build trusted relationships and deliver business value.
• Mentor consultants and technical team members by providing architectural guidance, coaching, and technical leadership.
• Contribute to practice development through the creation of methodologies, reusable assets, accelerators, and thought leadership.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.

Required Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in technical consulting, with a proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise solutions on the Microsoft technology stack.
• Experience working within Agile software development methodologies.
• Proven experience leading complex Microsoft 365 and digital workplace transformation projects for large enterprise clients.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing experience.

Technical Skills

• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Agent 365.
• Strong experience designing and implementing solutions using:
  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Microsoft Search
  • Power Platform
  • Copilot Studio
• Experience with:
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
  • Copilot extensibility
  • Model Context Protocol (MCP)
  • Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols
• Hands-on experience deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot, including Copilot Control System configuration, governance, and testing.
• Strong understanding of Responsible AI practices and AI governance frameworks, including:
  • ISO/IEC 42001
  • NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF)
  • EU AI Act
  • OWASP LLM Top 10

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior consulting experience within a global professional services organization.
• Microsoft certifications are highly preferred, including:
  • MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
  • MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
  • PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer
  • PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect
  • AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals
