Job summary

SoftwareOne Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Modern Work Consultant to design and deliver training programs for Microsoft 365 and Copilot. You will translate product capabilities into practical, user-friendly sessions and work with IT and business teams to drive adoption across Poland.

The role requires strong communication in English, experience with training or enablement, and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. Remote work is available with visa for Poland.

Qualifications

Experience delivering training, workshops, or enablement programs for Microsoft technologies (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.).
Experience with Microsoft Copilot or related adoption programs.
Excellent verbal and written English; Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support creation and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and learning materials for Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
Develop enablement plans, adoption roadmaps, and learning frameworks tailored to business needs.
Translate technical features into user-friendly, role-based documentation.
Conduct user sessions, demos, and onboarding activities with senior team members.
Collaborate with IT, HR, change management, and business stakeholders to drive adoption.
Create guides and digital materials that promote long-term usage.
