Joyteractive Limited is seeking an experienced Creative Producer to join our R&D team, focusing on the production of marketing creatives for new mobile game concepts at the early stage. You will work directly with Motion Designers and Artists, defining how gameplay should be presented in creatives and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in the gaming industry and a good understanding of game advertising creatives.
• Hands-on experience in Motion Design, Creative Production, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of the full video creative production cycle - from gameplay recording and references to animation, editing, and final delivery.
• Ability to independently evaluate the work of Motion Designers and Artists and provide practical feedback without relying on a Motion or Art Lead.
• Experience coordinating Motion Designers and multitasking on several projects with overlapping deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production of marketing creatives for new mobile game concepts at the early R&D stage.
• Collaborate with Motion Designers and Artists; set tasks, provide references and requirements, review work, and give actionable feedback.
• Define how gameplay should be presented in creatives based on the game, levels, and marketing test objectives.
• Prepare gameplay recordings and select representative moments for creative production.
• Review creatives for visual quality, animation, pacing, clarity, and overall execution.
• Estimate production complexity and timelines; ensure on-schedule delivery of creatives.
• Collaborate with R&D Producers to understand game concepts and deliver final marketing materials.
