Severex is a mobile game development studio creating high-quality entertainment products for a global audience. We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our puzzle games portfolio.

You will discover and validate ideas, build concepts, test hypotheses, balance game economies, analyze post-release performance, and collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to bring features to life.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Game Producer in mobile gaming.
• Proven track record of launched games, especially in the puzzle genre.
• Strong product sense and market awareness — you know what makes a game engaging and successful.
• Deep knowledge of puzzle mechanics, game references, and genre trends.
• Analytical mindset: you make decisions based on data, not gut feeling.
• Experience with hypothesis testing, A/B experiments, and product iteration.
• Solid understanding of key mobile metrics (retention, ARPU, LTV, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, independent, and always looking for ways to improve the product.

Responsibilities

• Discover and validate new ideas for mobile apps and game mechanics
• Build product concepts and hypotheses, test them, and scale what works
• Tune and balance game economies, and drive improvements in core product metrics
• Analyze features post-release and make informed product decisions based on data
• Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to bring features to life
• Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve
• Create and maintain clear and concise product documentation
