Citibank (Switzerland) AG Warsaw is seeking a Middle Office Analyst to provide operational support to Traders handling securities, cash and derivatives, and to monitor trades across systems.

You will prepare daily and weekly reports, collaborate with Brokers, Custodian, and Accounting Teams, review processes for improvements, and support junior staff while maintaining risk controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in finance
• Good English and computer literacy
• Willingness to learn and work independently or in teams

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Traders with securities, cash and derivatives transactions
• Prepare daily and weekly/monthly reports
• Cooperate with Brokers, Custodian, Accounting Teams
• Perform daily trade monitoring and reconciliations
• Review processes for improvement and support development
• Provide support to junior staff
