Citibank (Switzerland) AG Warsaw is seeking a Middle Office Analyst to provide operational support to Traders handling securities, cash and derivatives, and to monitor trades across systems.
You will prepare daily and weekly reports, collaborate with Brokers, Custodian, and Accounting Teams, review processes for improvements, and support junior staff while maintaining risk controls and regulatory compliance.

Middle Office Trade Processing is processing Capital Markets transactions – placing orders, confirming and settling trades, processing Voluntary Corporate Actions. The scope of instruments we cover include Equities, Bonds, FXs, Money Markets, Derivatives, Collective Investments like Mutual, Hedge, Private Equity funds. We cooperate with Brokers, Custodian Banks and Transfer Agents from all over the world on global markets (North & Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia). Middle Office Analyst is a position responsible for providing operational support to Traders with securities, cash and derivatives transactions. It includes: static data management, trade monitoring and reporting, market matching and transaction settlement. This position is based on multiple parties communication (via phone, email or personally) in order to investigate incoming queries and to monitor trade execution.
We require good English, being computer literate (especially in the use of MS Outlook and Excel) willing to learn, and to gain the experience in financial world. If you are the person who like to work independently and in teams, have analytical thinking and problem solving skills. You are not afraid to work under pressure meeting deadlines we will teach you everything you need to place an order and settle a trade, even if today you don’t know anything about capital markets! Relevant degree or equivalent experience is required (experience in finance industry is preferred). Willingness to work in the capital markets and determination to learn.
