Job summary

Citi in Warszawa is seeking a Middle Office Analyst to provide operational support to Traders with securities, cash and derivatives, including data management, trade monitoring and settlement.

You will learn end-to-end processing on global markets across equities, bonds, FX and derivatives, while helping to ensure controls and timely reporting. The role offers structured onboarding, training programs, flexible working arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or related field.
• Willingness to learn and gain experience in capital markets.
• Good English, basic computer literacy including Outlook/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Traders with securities, cash and derivatives transactions.
• Prepare daily and weekly/monthly reports.
• Cooperate with Brokers, Custodian and Accounting Teams.
• Perform daily trade monitoring, reconciliations across systems and manage failed trades.
• Assist Team Manager/Supervisor in duties as required.
• Respond to complex client queries and analyze discrepancies.
• Review processes and identify opportunities for improvement and support implementations.
• Provide support to junior staff in daily work.
• Maintain operational risk awareness and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in projects/changes/implementations at team level.
