Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Warsaw is seeking a Product Control Junior Analyst to join our Citi Solutions Center Poland. This entry-level role supports the accuracy of the bank's books and records by assisting with data integrity, GL reconciliation, and balance sheet reporting.

You will work with Finance on P&L and product activity analysis, learn risk controls, and develop strong Excel skills within a hybrid work setup (up to 2 days at home per week). A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with bank reconciliations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to accuracy of books and records in coordination with Finance.
• Assist in GL reconciliation, P&L and balance sheet reporting.
• Analyze data and escalate anomalies and issues promptly.
