Bausch Health in Poznań, Poland, seeks a Medical Representative to cover Poznań, Gniezno, and Piła. The role is remote, requiring field activity promoting our medications to physicians and healthcare professionals across specialties.

The candidate should have a higher education degree, proven direct sales success, and the ability to build strong professional relationships in a dynamic environment. Driving license is required.

Medical Representative (W/M)

Territory: Poznań, Gniezno, Piła

Your responsibilities:

• contacts with physicians and pharmacists and active promotion of medications,

• promoting products to psychiatrists, neurologists, allergists, and pulmonologists,

• seeking new solutions while complying with the Pharmaceutical Law,

• conducting health education and organizing product seminars,

Our requirements:

• a higher education degree,

• experience in direct sales supported by documented successes - a necessary requirement,

• experience promoting medications to physicians - including psychiatrists, neurologists, allergists, and pulmonologists - will be an additional asset,

• creativity in problem-solving,

• openness and tolerance for a highly dynamic work environment,

• ability to build relationships,

• Class B driver’s license.
