Job summary

Bausch Health Companies Inc. is hiring for a remote Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in Poland. You will engage physicians and pharmacists, promote medications, and organize health education events to drive better patient outcomes.

You will leverage your direct sales experience, network, and knowledge of primary care providers, including cardiologists, to expand product adoption while complying with pharmaceutical laws. A Class B license is required.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree required.
• Direct sales experience in pharma or medical field is required.
• Experience promoting medications to primary care (internists, cardiologists, endocrinologists) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Contact physicians and pharmacists to promote medications.
• Seek new solutions while complying with pharmaceutical law.
• Conduct health education and organize product seminars.
• Promote products to primary care physicians and specialists, including cardiologists.

Your responsibilities:

• contacts with physicians and pharmacists and active promotion of medications,
• seeking new solutions while complying with the Pharmaceutical Law,
• conducting health education and organizing product seminars,
• promoting products to primary care physicians and specialists, including cardiologists.
  
  

Our requirements:

• a higher education degree,
• experience in direct sales supported by documented success—a necessary requirement,
• experience promoting medications in primary care (to internists, cardiologists, and endocrinologists) will be an additional asset
• the ability to solve problems independently and take initiative,
• openness and tolerance for a highly dynamic work environment,
• the ability to build relationships,
