Qualifications

• 4+ years in cybersecurity operations in a global company.

• Degree or certification in cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of security technologies including firewall/IDS, EDR, DLP, DSPM, PAM, IAM.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical and operational escalation for MDR investigations.
• Coordinate investigations with customers and internal teams.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Continuously train the team to deliver MDR services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the MDR service.
• Oversee programs, projects, and tasks related to the MDR service.
