Job summary

LevelBlue, Poland-based, is seeking a senior security operations professional to provide MDR and MXDR support for global clients. You will join a global team, collaborating with incident responders, malware analysts, and security researchers to defend customers against advanced threats.

The role requires deep security operations experience, strong Windows knowledge, scripting skills, and excellent English. Remote work options are offered within a Poland-based contract framework.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cybersecurity experience in security operations
• 3+ years in at least two areas: endpoint security, malware analysis, threat hunting, incident response, reverse engineering, or digital forensics
• Strong knowledge of modern operating systems (Windows required; macOS/Linux advantageous)
• Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Excellent communication skills in English (and other EU languages a plus)

Responsibilities

• Be the point of escalation and analyze critical endpoint alerts (MDR)
• Trace attack chains across complex environments including cloud, identity, email, network, and endpoint (MXDR)
• Lead or participate in incident investigations and mitigate active breaches
• Threat hunt across customer environments for attackers or remnants
• Research new attacks, actors, malware samples, and TTPs
• Gather OSINT to improve hunting queries and threat alerts
• Engage with customers at all levels from SOC analysts to executives
