Job summary

Unit4 in Poland is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead the global security operations team and oversee day-to-day security operations, incident response, and continuous improvements to our security posture.

You will partner with IT, Engineering, Compliance and other teams to embed security across the organization, while guiding major investigations and ensuring timely remediation across cloud, endpoints, and applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC or Security+ are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Security Operations Team.
• Drive overall cyber security operations strategy.
• Design and mature operational processes, playbooks, and response frameworks.
• Oversee 24/7 monitoring, triage, and response to security alerts and incidents.
• Ensure effective usage and tuning of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and threat-intel platforms.
• Lead major incident investigations and coordinate cross-functional remediation.
• Manage vulnerability scanning, prioritization, and remediation governance.
• Track emerging threats, CVEs, 0-days, and global security trends.
